Terms of Service
Rules for using MyInviteCraft accounts, the invitation builder, publishing, RSVP, and related services.
Effective and last updated: August 24, 20261. The service
MyInviteCraft is a software service for creating, previewing, publishing, and sharing event invitations and managing guest responses and related planning information. These Terms apply when you create an account or use the service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the service. If you are not legally an adult, you may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
Use the service only for lawful event and invitation purposes. You must respect others’ rights and safety and the operation of the service.
- post unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content;
- send spam or unauthorized marketing, phish, distribute malware, or abuse the platform;
- attempt unauthorized access to another account or data;
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
4. Invitations, uploads, and guest data
You are responsible for invitation copy, event information, images, video, audio, fonts, favicons, and other uploads, and for having the rights and permissions needed to collect and process guest and contact data.
When sending invitations and managing RSVP, seating, and contact information, you must follow applicable privacy, communications, and data-protection requirements. Share private links only with their intended recipients.
5. Intellectual property
MyInviteCraft retains its rights in the service, software, brand, and original templates and materials supplied by the platform. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your account and plan.
You retain ownership of customer content you upload or create. You grant us a limited, worldwide license for the service term to host, process, transform, back up, and publish that content at your direction. We use this license only to operate, secure, and provide the service.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free-plan features and limits may differ from paid plans. Where offered, the price, billing period, and tax information for a paid subscription are shown at purchase; Paddle may process payment.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the available account controls. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading may affect features and limits. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds follow the policy disclosed at purchase.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, limit, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or product reasons and will try to provide appropriate notice of material changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access or suspend an account for a breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful activity, payment issue, or risk of harm to the service. You may stop using the service; account deletion is currently handled by support request. Some data may remain for limited periods due to legal, security, dispute, and backup obligations.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability — legal confirmation required
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyInviteCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or loss of profit, data, or opportunity. The final aggregate cap and exclusions must be confirmed by the operator’s legal adviser for applicable law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction — final legal confirmation required
The governing law, dispute process, and competent courts will be confirmed before public launch based on the operator’s legal status and markets served. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights available to you.
12. Changes and contact
When these Terms change, we will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice for material changes.
For a question or legal notice about these Terms, use the operator contact channel shown below.
